Purpose is the power house of vision and life is more than bread and butter. There is more to it. The late Myles Monroe said, “If the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable.”In the book of Jeremiah 5:1, God speaking to Jeremiah, the prophet, says: “Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee, and before you came out of the womb, I sanctified thee and ordained thee a prophet.”

In the natural, before any product hits the market, its purpose must have, of necessity, been concluded in the factory. In the same way, before you ever arrived in this world, God already concluded His plan and purpose for your life and nothing can change it. Therefore, you are not an accident, but a child of destiny. You are not supposed to struggle like people without purpose or direction. You are not to get sorrowful and depressed to the point of taking your life because of the negative happenings around you. Purpose makes you enjoy life while others are enduring life. Truly, for the past seven years, I have been enjoying life, making new discoveries everyday while others around me are complaining about the economy and no jobs.

Men and women with a sense of purpose, knows that even though they walk through the valleys of the shadows of death, there is no reason to despair, because God is always with them. This is what makes purpose very powerful. Without purpose, life degenerates into anarchy, reduced to unending rounds of activities and survival of the fittest. Imagine a football match without goal posts, it is meaningless. Thank God you are here on a purpose.

Someone reading this now may have been raised by a single parent, or perhaps abandoned after birth, left to die. In other words, you may have concluded that you are an accident. Friend, that is not true. The devil is a liar, and deception is his number one strategy. What if I had died? You ask, Well, the reason you are still alive is a prove that God isn’t done with you yet. Albert Einstein suffered from Asperser’s syndrome from childhood. He did not talk fluently until he was nine, failed his college entrance exam and had a hard time remembering simple things such as his phone number or how to tie his shoes. But he eventually became a Nobel Prize winner for physics and proved to be one of the most gifted minds in science and history. Today, we refer to him as the father of the electric bulb. The whole point am making is that you are not an accident irrespective of your background, skin colour or experiences. In conclusion, reading from the same book of Jeremiah, chapter 29:11, see what God is saying to you:

“For I know the thoughts I think towards you, thoughts of good and not of evil, to give you a future and an expected end”.
