The single basis of our belief is the Bible; the undiluted and unchangeable word of God. We believe that the bible is written for our learning, instruction and correction in righteousness. The bible was written through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit by men of old. We accept the word of God in its totality to be true, corrective, transformational and comforting.

We affirm that Jesus Christ is the only way to God. He is the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to God the father except through Him (John 14:6) We believe in the Trinity of the Godhead – God the father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We accept that these three personalities of God work together as one, in perfection of the will of God.

We explicitly affirm our belief in basic Bible teaching as follows:

There is one true God, eternally existing in three Persons–the Father, Son and Holy Spirit–each of whom possesses equally all the attributes of Deity and the characteristics of personality. Jesus Christ is God, the living Word, who became flesh through His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit and His virgin birth. Hence, He is perfect Deity and true humanity united in one person forever.

He lived a sinless life and voluntarily atoned for our sins by dying on the cross as our substitute, thus satisfying divine justice and accomplishing salvation for all who trust in Him alone. He rose from the dead in the same body, though glorified, in which He had lived and died. He ascended bodily into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God the Father, where He, the only mediator between God and humanity, continually makes intercession for believers.

We were originally created in the image of God. We sinned by disobeying God; thus, we were alienated from our Creator. That historic fall brought all men and women under divine condemnation. We accept that believers are commanded by Jesus Christ to love one another even as themselves. So we are enjoined to spread Gods love to the world through our acts and deeds.
